While remodeling a house, I wanted to give the living room more of a library feel; after doing some massive built ins they just needed a rolling library ladder. Enter Putnam and Jenny V.; she understood my vision, recommended a model that fit my needs (1 ladder; 2 rails) and found a complimentary color scheme that would work nicely. Ladder showed up when they said it would, fit the way they said it would and was fairly easy to install (probably the hardest part was caring 10′ of ladder up the stairs without bonking anything).

Do you charge tax?
Putnam Rolling Ladder is required to collect sales tax based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address. As tax regulations continue to evolve, Putnam Rolling Ladder will continue to monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance. If you intend to purchase merchandise for resale and wish to waive sales tax on your qualifying orders, please note that we will do so only upon request and that tax documentation is subject to review, validation, and approval at the sole discretion of Putnam Rolling Ladder and in accordance with state, local, and federal guidelines. The Putnam Rolling Ladder Trade discount is not combinable with other online promotions; however we do our best to make sure that Trade members get the best pricing available.
How do I pay for my order?
For orders placed by phone or email, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, company checks*, and wire transfers*. You may use your client’s credit card for eligible orders only if the order is taxable. Please call us at 800-882-0009 (Option 2) to provide payment. Have your quote number on hand and the name of your Ladder expert ready.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Putnam Rolling Ladders are custom-made at the time an order is placed. Each ladder line varies for production timing, however, our general window of shipping is 4-6 weeks from the date the order is placed.
Can I expedite my order?
For your convenience, we provide two expedite options: reduced ladder fabrication time (excluding Alta) and the choice to upgrade to expedited (ground only) shipping.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order and shipping confirmation via email. Your shipping confirmation will include tracking information for the products indicated as shipped.
